By accessing, registering on, or using the r777bd platform (the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and r777bd (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our"). The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

To use the gaming services offered by r777bd, you must register a personal Account. Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared Accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.

By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that:

1. You are at least 21 years of age.
2. You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
3. All personal information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.
4. You are not a resident of or physically located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction at the time of registration or at any subsequent time you access the Platform.
5. You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of any employee of r777bd or any of its affiliated Game Providers.
6. You are not suffering from or being treated for any gambling addiction and you are accessing the Platform solely for lawful entertainment purposes.
7. You understand that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose funds deposited into your Account.

r777bd reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued national identity card, passport, or driving licence, together with proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time may result in Account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

r777bd supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are accepted on the Platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. The Company reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• There is no maximum single deposit limit, however the Company may impose account-level deposit limits for responsible gaming purposes.
• Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are credited to the Account balance instantly under normal operating conditions.
• The Company does not charge any fee on deposits, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. Players should consult their payment provider's fee schedule independently.
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will trigger an immediate account review.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per transaction.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that matches the name on the Player's verified Account.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is one (1) to twenty-four (24) hours for fully verified Accounts using bKash or Nagad. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three (3) business days.
• r777bd reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests and may request additional documentation before releasing funds.
• Any balance derived from Bonus Funds that has not met the applicable wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is satisfied in full.
• Withdrawals cannot be processed against a fraudulent, disputed, or chargeback-flagged payment method.

All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

General bonus conditions applicable to all promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonus offers are available to eligible Players only. r777bd reserves the right to determine eligibility at its absolute discretion.
• Each promotional offer may be claimed only once per Player, per household, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated from Bonus Funds, once wagering requirements have been met in full, are eligible for withdrawal.
• r777bd reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including through the use of multiple Accounts, coordinated wagering strategies designed to minimise risk while fulfilling wagering requirements, or any other form of bonus manipulation — will result in the forfeiture of all associated Bonus Funds and winnings, and may result in permanent Account suspension.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified on the promotion page. Unused Bonus Funds expire at the end of the validity period.

• Creating more than one Account or accessing the Platform through another Player's Account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime purpose.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through a technical error are void and will be reversed.
• Using automated bots, scripts, macros, or any non-human assistance to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other Players in live casino, poker, or any other game where such collusion would constitute unfair play.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any software, data, or intellectual property belonging to r777bd or its Game Providers.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour toward r777bd staff or other Players.

All content on the r777bd Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game interfaces, software, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the intellectual property of r777bd or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform strictly for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not grant you any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the express prior written consent of r777bd.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, r777bd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gaming outcomes, which are determined by certified Random Number Generator technology and are inherently unpredictable.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services, whether planned or unplanned.
• Any third-party actions, including payment processing delays by bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or other payment providers.
• Any loss resulting from a Player's failure to keep their Account credentials secure.
• Any technical failure, internet connection disruption, or device incompatibility on the Player's side.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit r777bd's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Amendments: r777bd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, r777bd will publish a revised version of the Terms on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendments are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept revised Terms, you must close your Account and cease using the Platform.

Account Termination: r777bd may suspend or permanently close any Account at any time without prior notice where the Company has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other Players. Upon termination for cause, any balance derived from Bonus Funds or fraudulent activity will be forfeited. Balances comprised solely of verified real-money deposits that are not subject to any investigation will be returned to the Player within a reasonable timeframe via their registered payment method.

Contact and Complaints: Players who wish to raise a complaint or query about these Terms or any aspect of their Account should contact r777bd support at support at r777bd.asia. r777bd aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within forty-eight (48) hours and to resolve them within fourteen (14) calendar days.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, lawful, and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the provision will be severed from these Terms. Such modification or severance shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with r777bd's Privacy Policy and any applicable Bonus Terms, constitute the entire agreement between the Player and r777bd with respect to the use of the Platform and supersede all prior representations, agreements, or understandings, whether written or oral.
